Large-scale content transformation is rarely a straight line.
In this case study, we explore Hashout’s transformation of Citrix’s content landscape across multiple business units, moving large documentation portfolios and digital experiences toward a common technology platform. The plan looked clean on paper: one platform, a common approach, and a rollout across multiple business units. Then the actual content arrived, with each business unit bringing its own formats, workflows, and established ways of working.
As each new business unit was onboarded, the team evolved its migration approach, content handling, reusable technology, and delivery model. We will share how the internal tooling and lessons from each implementation helped make migration increasingly repeatable across business units rather than starting from scratch each time.
