How Our Small Team Uses AI-Accelerated Learning to Ramp Up Internal Teams Faster

Co-presented with: Lauren Pulino

In this case study, we’ll share how our small Learning Experience team is building a scalable, AI‑supported learning ecosystem to improve onboarding consistency and speed across a complex healthcare technology organization. By developing our solution academy, we’re standardizing internal onboarding, improving content quality, and creating a more cohesive learner experience while using AI to accelerate course development.

We’ll highlight how we use AI for outlining, drafting, prototyping, and QA, along with early results showing how clearer, more consistent training is supporting internal teams. The session will also preview our work to adapt the academy for external clients, including design goals and initial feedback. Attendees will leave with practical insights on using AI responsibly, creating repeatable processes, and building a foundation for stronger readiness and future outcomes.

In this session attendees will learn how to:

  • How a small learning services team is integrating AI into the course‑creation workflow to speed up development while maintaining instructional quality.
  • Practical examples of AI‑supported tasks — storyboarding, drafting content, scripting demo videos, building visuals, and improving QA.
  • How standardized learning pathways can improve consistency and clarity in onboarding for internal teams.
Early observations about how improved training materials help internal teams gain confidence and reduce confusion during onboarding.
  • Lessons from building a solution academy for internal associates and extending it to external clients.
  • Practical frameworks and templates attendees can adapt for their own onboarding or client‑education programs.
