Transformation! Out with the Old and in with the New

Co-presented with: Beth Morgan

With legacy systems, comes legacy documentation. The components and how the product works has not changed, but the documentation can still be improved for the end user experience. This session will go through the value of re-reviewing old technical content and how you can determine areas in need of transformation. The differences of transformation of a singular topic vs of a whole topic, along with some examples and lessons learnt.

In this session, attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify topics and sections that need transformation using practical evaluation methods. o.
  • Review and improve existing documentation no matter the quantity.
  • See the benefits of moving documentation along with new technologies.
