Transformation! Out with the Old and in with the New

Co-presented with: Beth Morgan

With legacy systems comes legacy documentation. The components and how the product works has not changed, but the documentation can still be improved for the end-user experience.

This session will go through the value of re-reviewing old technical content and how you can determine areas in need of transformation. We’ll cover the differences of the transformation of a singular topic vs. a whole topic, along with some examples and lessons learned.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Identify topics and sections that need transformation using practical evaluation methods.
  • Review and improve existing documentation, no matter the quantity.
  • See the benefits of moving documentation, along with new technologies.
