US Army Corps of Engineers Lunch Address
Robert A. Rowlette Jr., the Senior Program Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers Greater New Orleans Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System (HSDRRS), will give an update on the $14.3 billion effort to help protect the city from future storm damage.
Check out the 300+ miles of levies and flood mitigation systems being built or strengthened in this unprecedented civil engineering project.

Menus
The menus for this year's program has been finalized. Plan on eating well this year!
Our 2009 menu includes full breakfast buffets all three days, full lunch buffets including amazing New Orleans specialties, and a full dinner at the welcoming reception that includes:
- Cajun Pirogue (boat) of Gulf Shrimp, Chilled Crab Claws and Oysters on the Half Shell served with Fresh Lemon, Cocktail and Remoulade Sauces
- Steamship Round of Beef with Creole Mustard and Herbed Mayonnaise Served with Silver Dollar Rolls
- Grilled veggies served with Marinated Mushrooms, Vinaigrette Dressing and Flatbread
