• Please indicate any special requests you may have (dietary restrictions, accessibility, etc.). We will attempt to meet your requirements, but cannot guarantee success.

• Refunds (less a $5 processing fee) will be made if requested by October 15, 2008 by fax or email. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2008, but you can substitute another attendee in your place at any time or apply the tuition to a future LavaCon.
  
  
• Refund requests will be processed within 10 days from receipt.
